Hello Everyone,

Hope all well and hope you have read my earlier blog by name "Health Really Matters". As everyone knows because of our lifestyle and the kind of stress we are going through, health is getting neglected on a daily basis. So thought of sharing some of small tips which improves your lifestyle and your health because I care for you :

• Make a habit of having minimum 3 -5 litres of water intake ( In case you are working out then 5 - 8 Litres is advisable)
• Eat smaller meals frequently at least 4 - 6 times
• Add more proteins like Egg, Chicken, Soy products, Ground nuts, Almonds, Paneer and Fish in your food intake
• More vegetables also gives you cutting down fats and also increases your immune system
• Instead of junk food add more fruits like Orange, Lemon, Grapes, Apple which reduces your belly fats
• Have more clean carbohydrates and stay away from processed foods

You can include some of the daily exercise which gives you more energy and boosts your day to day activities and it helps succeeding more in life :

• Morning or Evening walks - Brisk walk or Jogging increases your stamina, strengthens muscles, increases cardiovascular fitness, help maintain healthy weight, increase in strong bones
• Yoga - Gives you immense benefits which includes - Stress relief, weight loss, inner peace, immunity system, better flexibility and better posture
• Aerobics - Weight loss, Increase in immune systems, increase longevity, maximizes oxygen consumption, Lowers heart rate and blood pressure
• Spinning - Increase in muscle tone, burn calories, relieve stress, reduce risk of injury and increases cardio endurance 
• Zumba - Fun of Exercise, works on overall body, increases your cardiovascular and also your stamina
• Weight Training - Best way of over all body workout increases your strength, stamina, will power, each body will be concentrated
• Bootcamps - Group training pushes you more and you will work with your competition

Many more are available like kick boxing, swimming, karate, kungfu, skating and so...on. But my personal advice is to take any of these work out and  try atleast 4 days in a week which helps in improving your health and you can live long.

I also suggest take a health insurance product which is always advisable as everyone knows "PUT YOUR BEST AND PREPARE FOR WORSE". Hello Friends,

Most of us are all from the corporate world, quite often we hear a word called "TEAM WORK".

TEAM Dictionary Meaning - A group of players forming one side in a competitive game or sport.

Do you really agree your team work is on track then try this small workarounds :

• Goals - Hand over a sheet for all your team members and ask them to write down their goals or projects which they are handling now - Am sure you won't get a common answer - if they answer then you are lucky enough and be happy.
• Objective - They need to write the objective or the project details in short - I know they will write but cross check.
• Time Frame - Do they really know the time frame which needs to be delivered to client, then let them impress you on the paper.
• Connectivity or Co-ordination - Do you think they will write the names like whom to contact in case they need any help or to co-ordinate in this project.
• Appreciation - One name with appreciation on the sheet is must to know their team mates performance
• Performance - Are they aligned with the performance drumbeats.

These are very basics which I thought of sharing with you, would like to share more in sometime.

India Needs a Dictator

Looking at the way, we have progressed over the years post independence, seems like the Indian Government fundamentally runs on two major factors, 1) Reservations and Caste system & 2) Corruption.

It’s a shame to be calling India as a secular country today; we have great brains of the country sitting idle and the art of how not to lead the country being thought to us once again, not by the ones who learnt a lesson from us, but by those who are repeated corrupting the system again and again. 

How will a country be Called Secular, when the people of it are divided on the basis of, caste creed, and more than all, by the very famous Statement “Do you know who I am?”

I strongly feel there is a need to have a dictators rule in this very country, which once upon a time Thought democracy to the world, and the largest democratic country in the world, at a stage where democracy is more or less , being sold for the so called Leaders for their own good. Politics has now turned to be a dirty game, and knowingly or unknowingly; directly we being a part of it.

Is there an end to such a dirty game, which is so biased and looks so shadowed over casteism. Clearly played just to ensure a win for all the money to be earnt in 5 years, to sustain 3 generations!

 There was a discussion, with a group of youth, which I was a part of, a few did bring in an idea, if there has been a mandatory reservation made on the name of a caste, let’s all appeal to the government to convert ourselves to the same caste, this really frustrated me to core, after all the system has gone so corrupt to an extent that, even if people hate it, the government wants it, to ensure they get their handful. There was a great line that was told as well; India, is a most un-organized country, I am not sure if every one of us agree to it, potentially yes; no denial on the statement!

The scandals that did happen in Indian politics over the last 5 years, and the money involved in it, was larger than the actual spending of the Entire country over a decade, This is something which has a alarming sign, Yet we progress, not because of the politics or not because of the fact, we accept defeat, it is just because of the fact, we pay our taxes without questioning, what do you do to develop our life style by taking that amount of money?.

When a soldier dies in the battle ground, or guarding the borders of the country from external forces, just to make sure, we and our families are safe and sound, when something bad or intolerable happens to his family, there are instances where they stay out there to make sure everyone are safe, keeping his family aside, and nation at a priority, and when something bad happens to him, the government sits on a discussion, asking for a justification whether it was his fault or someone else’s to even pay him respect and give him the honor he deserves. I am proud of such soldiers and when they share their stories, I feel so proud about them and I thank them, for making our lives better and safer, regardless of their worthiness. Every one of us have a soldier within ourselves in a way or other and we act with utmost discipline to be the way we have to be, just to ensure we do our duties the best way possible, Are the So called leaders and icons of this very country, shameless to just discharge their duties promptly? Asking this question makes me remember a wonderful statement once told to me by an ex manager of mine,
“fighting with a manager is like fighting with a pig in mud, after a while we understand, we are the ones getting dirty; worst above it, The pig is actually enjoying it!”

A soldier has to salute a corrupt leader of the nation no matter how corrupt is he or she respecting the positions they hold, when it is time to chose the ones who lead our nation, don’t we even have common sense to chose a better human, a right statesman? Unfortunately the right statesmen of the country today are not willing to stand for an election, not because of the fear of losing, but because of the corrupt system, which we developed over the span of time to ensure, we get the leftovers or remains of what politicians have looted from our own pockets, for years.

I feel there is a need to re-organize the country, a system that is more transparent and crisp, where the actions speak and not just words. There is a need for a dictator, who really need not wear a uniform and sit with a gun in hand, But decent enough to understand the plight of a common man and respond to his needs, and not the wants of a over eaten Mouse!.

Think to yourself, are we really worth, this corrupt political system, or has the time come for us to clean the dust and dirt, which we have created over the span of time. We need a better life and a better country to live in, and not a country, wherein to get the information you need, you have to pay bribe,( Referring to Right to Information Act)

Understanding What Women Say and What They Really Mean

Women don’t really have a secret language, but they manage to have secret meanings for a lot of the 

simple and really basic things they say. Here are the keywords and their meaning.

Fine

Usually used by women to end an argument. She knows she’s right but has realised that a fathead like you will not acknowledge and abide by her superior judgement. So she says ‘fine’ to shut you up. Don’t think you have won the argument though. She’s just waiting for you to drop your guard because when you do, Round Two will commence.

5 Minutes

When she says ‘five minutes’, she expects you to have enough sense to patiently wait for at least an hour. After all that’s what you say when the match is on and you’re supposed to take her out to dinner.

Nothing

Equivalent to ‘An idiot like you will never understand what I am going through.’ It’s usually said before a ‘five-minute’ long argument and often ends with the word ‘fine’.

Go ahead (with eyebrows raised)

Don’t confuse it with an assent or permission. A ‘go ahead’ with raised eyebrows is nothing short of a dare, which if you accept will cause your woman to launch into a ‘five minute’ argument over ‘nothing’.

This essentially means ‘get out of my site for ‘five minutes’. ’Do it, because if you linger she’ll change her mind and will insist on arguing with you for ‘five minutes’.

Loud Sigh

While not a word, it’s still as meaningful a statement as any in the English dictionary. A ‘Loud sigh’ can be decoded as ‘why is this idiot not listening to me’ after I have spent more than ‘five minutes’ arguing with him over ‘nothing’.

Soft Sigh

Again, not a word, but a verbal statement. ‘Soft sighs’ are one of the few things that some men actually understand. This means a woman is content and your best bet is to not move or breathe and she will stay content.

Thats okay

Words that should immediately put you on your guard because when a woman uses this seeming reassuring phrase, she’s just groping for time to gather her forces. It’s all the more dangerous if she actually uses it in conjunction with the ‘fine’ and the raised eyebrow ‘go ahead’. From here on you should plan your moves very carefully because at some point in near future, when she has planned, plotted and prepared, she will make you pay for your sins.

Its not an offer but a statement meant to be taken as a challenge. The women just wants to hear your excuse for doing whatever it is you did. Try to make your tale as convincing as possible ‘cause if she doesn’t believe you, you will get a ‘that’s okay.’

My Egalitarianism splendor,

There is no end if we keep on writing about corruption in India. Even after being initiative with every Anti-Corruption Movement I just think there is no end for this easily. Yes, Indians can lose hope because of this Bureaucratic system we have in our Country. We are also the victims to this Corrupted system just like 1,150,000,000+ people lives in this country & treated as shit by this Socio-Political System.

We got an extreme situation today that we have to bribe our officials & politicians to pass Anti-corruption Bill. This is the fate of this "Great India". Why the hell we have to fight? Why can’t we live like other common, cool, uninteresting, selfish Indians who think nothing about country? I had great discussion with many like this. They are comfortable for what they are living. Pay 3+lakhs & u will get state government first assistant job. Do you have Influence? Pay quite little then others. People pays bribe to get job done & take it as they have bribed others. What’s wrong in it? It’s the tradition following since British India. Why should it be changed? India is a traditional Country & we follow traditions blindly. Even getting job is just a business. Give money-Get job, who the hell are you to question this System? You have Right to live how you can, do whatever you want if you have money. Why should we blame the country administration while it’s degraded by its roots? This is why our Government & its people act as they need.

You have to beg people to join some Govt offices if India becomes corruption free country. Politicians have to get back to their origin Occupation. So no one needs this system to be changed. Corruption runs this country. A second division Clerk can purchase a new Villa legally after a year of joining to his Govt Job. Just think what can be the Black revenue for Recruiting people, High level Officials, A-grade officers annually. I think Indian Govt can announce an additional Budget for this country with bribe revenue every year. What will be the percentage amount Politicians get from this? What will be Superfluous Revenue which is tax free directly to their treasury box and party Funds? Yes there is no end to corruption till India sees some Extra Vaganza political leaders who can change the fate of this Country. Some Strict rules are to be made by Govt & make that to be followed as they administrate this country. 

Common public can Complain or suffer from corruption. But to root off we want some Leaders from the govt who can lead Anti-corruption from Attainder to Prime minister. It’s almost a nightmare to think this happen. If an honest man enter politics today he cannot survive there, if he survived then he will be no longer Honest. And we still trance about Corruption Free India writing like this . We do not need clean Society. We are born to be ruled. Democracy exists only for name sake. Nothing comes easy when public didn't respond. But Who cares? Let it come to our door step to respond. India is fine what it is now. Let China Occupy Arunachal Pradesh, Pakistan till my House. We can scream at that movement. We are busy, the whole society is Busy. Let Corruption Rule this Country.

Mid Summer Dreams..!!

India is a land of Multiple Cultures and Diversity; we have been used to a Mixed Culture Scenario.

I recently had been on a expedition to a land of nobody, out of civilization just to deepen my roots of knowing myself and keeping myself motivated towards the Challenges posed by the So Called “CIVILIZATION” This was a Funny yet a challenging encounter that I had been with, wild forests no rescue options no communication methods and for my good luck I was all alone.  It even reminded me of the Prehistoric man, I was lucky I was not in that state where I had to cover myself with leaves, and just eat roots and raw Animals, thankfully I am a Veggie.  I had my first thrill when I saw an elephant staring at me, it reminded me more of the problems, I lost my heart and felt this is going to drive me crazy , I might even risk my life, luckily it just went away.  One of the closest encounters I ever had.  Things didn’t stop there journey for the search of myself continued, Going down and deep for 3 days I later on realized I am going nowhere now, I had to realize I am more a social element and doing such crazy things that I have never done can bring in mighty trouble to me. But there existed a sense of thrill and enthusiasm that led me through.  I was lucky to find so many new things that I never ever knew that a common man can be instinctive about, the learning and the sense of peacefulness I have at the end of this crazy little journey of mine, that thought too many things to me came to an end finally when I reached a small little village with tribals around, I immediately lost all the feeling I had gained over the Span of journey and turned out to be a Civic So soon, oh my god.. We are so Crazy about ourselves!

As always in the end my Civic sense drove me back to the same old space that I previously started off, it was a Circle filled with fear, emotions, struggle and also challenges, It did do a world of good to my own feeling that can never be the same as before, It also did teach me a lesson, nothing is permanent choose what you really want in life! I am happy to be able to have tried this in my life, yeah if you are wondering on what colors you want to look upon yet, please try something crazy in a way it doesn’t harm a person his/her feelings, challenge yourself to the extreme possible extent, feel the fear of death once at heart and then things will never be the same again…. That’s My story What’s yours??

Brands, Brand name, Ambassador and competitions these words look good in the world advertising. However these words are now been familiar to common man. Not because of the Interest, but because of the Cautiousness and so called Consciousness that the brands have created by themselves for the survival.  We know it’s all coined for Survival of the Fittest.

I was in conversation with one of the brand manager recently;

1)      Definition for a Brand

He replied; you can never define a brand it’s a making and wave of mixed emotions that carry a company towards its progress. I took time to understand this, I still had a few doubts when I heard that, but yes it was kind of clear to my mind, it needs a lot of research.

2)       What’s your brand?

 He replied a brand manager has no brands on his own; his job is to guide and promote a brand towards the excellence.  I was a bit confused!

3)      Why is branding necessary when it’s felt this way by the one who is responsible to Promote?    

He silently smiled and said, that’s my personal opinion. However it doesn’t mean that everyone needs to have the same feeling. Promoting a brand is a vital part of any business; it requires a lot of planning and long term strategies towards the making. We have seen the rise and fall of several brands not for the reason they were not good instead it lacked a proper management of the brand

4)      Ambassadors to the brand, Why and how?

It is an integral part of the brand to have it been promoted, ambassadors are chosen in a way that their popularity is in the making and is en cashed rightly. Any brand ambassador for  a product is not chosen on the basis of the product or a brand, its chosen on the basis of the surveys and analysis to achieve the desired outcome. For example, if a role model endorses a brand it’s a common feeling and sentiment to have the fan following.  It’s just one such example, not everything has the same context.

5)      Cause of success of a brand?

Popularity, Fan following, Market acceptance, last but not the least people.

6)      Causes for the Failure?

Successors of the Success.  i.e., competition, People, mindset, emotions, last but not the least failure of the ambassador

After listening to all this, I had only one small thought in mind are we really endorsing brands by choice or by an unknown force that surrounds us calling it as our consciousness?  Thoughts and decisions are all to ourselves!!

For some1 who believes that we deserve more than what we get.........!
Its very true that every1 of us would some day or the other have this feeling which says the above lines, yet why is that some1 else is more successful than what we are???
Its a simple fact that we run behind what we want and not behind what we can get.!
I would like to stand tall today and tell the world that i am one among those who will run to achieve what i deserve rather than running behind what i can get.
A small change in the way we do things and what we live upon can hold a lot of difference yet, we do not intend to look upon wht we deserve as we feel that we just want what i expect as an out come of our actions. Well nothing is possible for a person who dreams of fruits even in a barren ocean and expect a tree to grow in there and give him fruits in moments, and everything is possible for a man who rightly plans things and work on getting what he wants with the expense of time. Now a question may arise, Who on the earth has so much of time to wait all the way just to get what he deserves when he can get what he wants in an instant?? My answer is very simple what u get is the result of ur hard-smart work, but with a bit more time given to it, u get what u deserve and i am sure the wait will never be longer when we see the efforts of what we get by just giving some time to it. When things can change so soon and time can fly like air, the small pause in life will make u feel compassionate, assertive and more stable than others on the same lines of our life. Its always necessary to know one important fact

We have so many people still living despite their death as memories for what they have done and been all through the ages, I just wish to be the one among them and certainly want every human being to work on the same lines, after all its just the matter of time that flows over us and carry away the fragrances that we can leave it to carry although it can carry both good and bad, its our prime duty just to leave the good ones to reach the world all the dark memories of ours are to be concreted within ourselves as they form the bonds to build a memorable place for ourselves in this world to stand tall and see the impact of what we have done and how can we further excel in doing the best possible things which can carry forward the winds of change which where created just by a simple thought that changed "THE COURSE OF OUR LIFE."

Anna, Baba Ramdev...Who Next???

The Sonia Gandhi-Manmohan Singh duo can not escape the consequences of lathi charging over 65,000  peaceful protesters in the dead of the night. The strategy to question the integrity of Baba Ramdev at this stage has been cooked in cunning heads that can not think beyond power. The men, the women and the children who had gathered at Ramlila Maidan in New Delhi were not thugs. Why were they lathi charged? Whatever might be the duration of the Indian public memory, this question will haunt the Congress for a long-long time.

The BJP heads are no less cunning. The party wants to ride to power on the shoulders of Baba Ram Dev and Anna Hazare. LK Advani had promised to bring back black money during the run up to the last general elections. There were no takers. No one trusts the BJP on corruption. The RSS and the BJP are hoping that the Congress will fall on its own. They just need to prevent the emergence of a third alternative. What better way to prevent this emergence than positioning itself behind those whom the masses trust. The Annas and Ramdevs will surely loose credibility if they are seen as stooges of the BJP or the Congress. Both the Congress and the BJP are in alliance on one front. Both want to discredit the leadership churning process that is currently underway in India. The Congress is making its noises through Digvijay Singh while the BJP is doing so just by mere association.

Every political party in India has tried its best to attract masses by making all kinds of noises on corruption. None has succeeded. On the issue of corruption people have chosen to trust Anna Hazare and Ramdev. Why else have lakhs of Indians responded to calls of Anna Hazare and Ramdev?

Sonia Gandhi has unleashed Digvijay Singh on Baba Ramdev. What does the Congress party want to prove by calling him a thug? Why are the jets, helicopters and properties of someone who was welcomed by four Union ministers at the airport being mentioned now? Why was an 'allegedly corrupt' Baba Ramdev acceptable to the Congress up to the very last moment, Just because the cunning heads thought that Baba Ramdev would be powerless before them, the moment they dangled his property details before him? And when he didn't, the cops were asked to move in. If you can't divide them crush them, all in the name of saving democracy.

Who stands to gain if the fight against corruption started by Anna Hazare and Baba Ramdev turns into a Congress versus BJP battle? There is hardly a politician who does not have a corruption stain. How can the corrupt let someone from outside their genre question their conduct? The Congress and the BJP have slogged it out amongst themselves several times in the past. Every time the issue of corruption became the casualty. Both these parties don't want this to change. Corruption can never be an issue in a Congress versus BJP fight.

All those who had gathered at Ramlila Maidan in Delhi had gathered against corruption. They had come from across the country. The pain of the blows that they took was felt by those who feel against corruption. The pain is now being felt across the country. The politicians will pay a heavy price. It's just the beginning. Shoes will fly at public meetings.

Our present leader Manmohan Singh should have been our leader irrespective of his party, but he is struck with  money over people and their welfare. Those who are coming out of their houses on calls from Baba Ramdev and Anna Hazare are searching for leadership. Its high time to stop believing the parties and their words and taking actions by supporting the leaders emerging from the shadows. The leadership count shouldn’t be stopped for Anna and Baba as 2 men with support of over a lakh people cant change the system and take on 4050 MLAs and 545 MPs all alone.

Either now or never. Lets do what we can do at our best to change the system. TOGETHER WE CAN.

Corpo-rate; the game that everyone plays!!!!!!!

I recently got to meet a few people from the higher levels of management, working with various organizations.  It was a part of a meet that I had, just to work on my book and instincts

I had a few questions to them, which came out with amazing and inspiring answers that were mesmerizing and not just convincing, but very pleasing to hear and good to be employed in any work, making it simple for the newbie’s and the experienced to make work simpler in the industry

Here are a few questions and answers,

1)      Why is that everyone feels work is pressure?

The answer was very impressive, “There is no work without any pressure, the advantage of being in the corporate, as the word suggests, Corporate directly deals with co-operation and team work, if we can work out things without letting ego and mutual differences to take part in work, we don’t have any pressure.  Not that we don’t feel the pressure, even we do, and that’s just because we as humans, tend to rely more on ego and less focused at the work we execute

2)      Ego!  How do you define it, when it said to cause problems what is the best ground rule that can be employed to get rid of it?

Ego is a fear, that doesn’t let us go away from our feelings; it just stays there in mind just to prove a point that at any given time we respect ourselves more than anyone else or anything else.  It’s necessary to have ego for the self-improvement, no ground rule can guide a person’s ego, because those rules are the ones which can be mended & bended just the way we want. When we see ourselves as a personality we need to have an ego to justify our mistakes, not just that we need to have ego also to ensure that no one again feels the need to point out our mistake. If we tend to decline the support received towards our development, we lose a lot of learning, directly leading to a negativity in our thoughts that reflects even in our attitude.

3)      What is the best attitude to be successful in the corporate?

There is nothing that makes you a great winner ; or there is nothing that can be called as the best way to be successful in corporate, for being a part of a corporate you need to have an attitude, the one which can best describe you based on your mood.  As far as I feel attitude is just like the way we wear our clothes, based on the situation and occasion.  We need to know what to have and when, the only ground rule to be successful is by matching the emotions and thoughts of a person so as to make people to think in the required direction, and retain the focus back to work and personal life, for any success that you feel is what you deserve, you need to know that, personal life and your family plays a vital role. 

The day you wake up fresh after a peaceful sleep or a pleasant family sit out, or even the soothing words of your spouse/friends whom you are emotionally attached to, or even doing a task that fascinates you a lot just before you sleep ; wakes you up with an bundle of energy that keeps you fresh at work. This brings in positivity in you, driving you towards doing the best, and thereby resulting in success.

4)      What is success in your words, Is success or hunger to succeed important?

Well, anything that helps in a positive progress in any aspect of life is something that I look at success, for instance when I was young, my parents had no idea on what I would be, gradually I grew and today I sit in a position where I can define things, this is not my success, this is the success of my parents who educated me and enabled me to grow this high up the ladder. I grew up the ladder, met the need of the situation, slogged and struggled for my growth, my family, my kids were a part of this reality of my life, yet this is a part of success to me, it brings joy every time I think about my past, and when I see the future, my child and my brain child when both stand tall in front of me without my support, that is when I can say I am successful.

Hunger is a word that can be interpreted in several ways, I believe that positive hunger makes a character and a negative, breaks it. Yet both are important, negative hunger can break your egos, prove that you are meant to make mistakes and there is one at the top who is a master of all. Positive hunger shrinks the vision between the success and the way you look at it.

5)      As a young entrepreneur what was your vision?? Did you imagine 30 years down the line you will see a day where in you can say yes I did it??

I always believed in reality; for instance 22 years back when I was offered a price to sell my company when we were in a huge crisis, I knew it’s just an odd day of my life, yes that was the toughest year of my life. But now, when I take a look at the past 20 years, the company that had offered me a price is now mine, the people who criticized my decision and joined different companies are again my own employees, not that they turned up to me, when I grew, but I brought those companies so that I could eliminate those levels of competitions, I am happy that I eliminated a few, and I happy that people thought just the way I did, they came up with new competitions that keep me young at heart and make me work the same way everyone else do.

6)      What is the difference you see in the employees these days when compared to that of the past?

Previously, employers were treated as god’s, now things have changed and it’s the other way around, the thought that persisted previously was that, I pay if he works for my expectation, nowadays we pay not just for the fact, that an employee is hired but also to ensure that the offers of the other companies look null to the ones employed by us. That’s a part of employee retention and its necessary as the availability of skills and workmanship is lower when compare to the past. We pay not just for the services rendered to us, but also for the loyalty shown towards the company and the respect to the job.

7)      Anything that you feel is left undone, yet could be completed over a long term due to various inhibiting factors?

I would say India as a country to progress, needs to have a change in most of the systems, at times we find there are no links between one department to another, despite all work for a centralized monitoring bodies. Corruption , invariably an inhibitor for the growth, I agree that corruption persists till the moment we corrupt people, however the reasons for us to corrupt people is for the fact that, its been driven from the day of independence, Industrial revolutions that people work for us only when there is a sense of favor to them, not to blame any in the past nor in the future yes, if we overcome corruption I feel the growth can be at least 2 to 3 % higher every month, the taxes paid for which cannot just benefit an individual, but the entire country.  The only thing that has made a mark in  the Indian industrial growth other than the progress is corruption, and we are a part of it either directly or indirectly.

8)      Politics your view?

Politics is not just blaming one party or another for the unfinished work, it’s the attitude that builds a person and lets him grow from a visionary to a statesman, we have seen a lot of them, I respect them. It needs to be understood that, politics is not a business, is the most crucial, critical job in the country, as it’s not just about people management or resource management , but the rightful utilization of the same.  We lack people who can work solely for the betterment of a country and its progress, we need more of them, youth need to consider this job as a crucial job and join hands in building a better India, as it’s their property which has been ruled over and over again, just to seek the benefits and not the real progress being made for providing the right resources. When we look at the man power in India, only 35% of it is being used in the right directions rest are just jobless, they live and the numbers continue to grow every year. A lot needs to be done to harness this energy than anything else today.

9)      Your view on globalization?

Globalization is a process which is necessary and I am very positive towards it, with a few differences.

Globalization needs to be a process of benefitting our country first than the other, if the result of globalization is negative in growth prospect for a common man, there is no point in calling it Globalization. A country which was considered to be strong in Agricultural practices and varieties of produces that had driven people towards it, today imports the same goods that were specialties of India from other countries, not denying the fact that there is a lot of progress in other aspects of life, and we are recognized for being a part of that change, yes there has been a lot of exploitation in the name of globalization, and is still going on. No more comments on the same, as we are our own culprits.

10)   Lastly, what is the word which we can replace aggression with when it comes to being successful in all the endeavors of life?

Replace the word aggression with Assertiveness, the word persistence with diplomacy, the word hard work by smart work. Things will change, Change is a rule of nature and I expect the youth of the world to bring in changes in all aspects of life, because it’s you fellow men who inhibit the planet for the next few decades and pass it on securely and safely to the upcoming generations.
